Oregon High School Basketball - Gervais ripped by Santiam
January 13, 2023: Gervais, OR 97026 The Santiam Wolverines basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Gervais Cougars to 42 in the Wolverines league triumph on Friday.
The Wolverines now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blanchet Catholic for a 2A Tri-River contest on Tuesday, January 17. Santiam will meet a Cavaliers team coming off a 46-41 league loss to Salem Academy (Salem, OR). The Cavaliers record now stands at 7-7.
The Cougars (2-11) will now prepare for their contest against Salem Academy (Salem, OR). The Crusaders enter the 2A Tri-River contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Salem Academy triumphed over Blanchet Catholic (Salem, OR), 46-41, in a league contest.
