New Hampshire High School Basketball - Groveton nips Newmarket
January 13, 2023: Groveton, NH 03582 Groveton Eagles (Groveton, NH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Newmarket Mules (Newmarket, NH), 51-46 in a league bout.
With the win, Groveton upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Eagles host Pittsburg (Pittsburg, NH) to play the Panthers in a Division IV bout on Wednesday, January 18. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 1-7.
Next up, the Mules play the Pittsfield Panthers (Pittsfield, NH) in a Division IV bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Newmarket will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record.
