The Mead Panthers basketball team scored 62 points and held the host North Central Wolfpack to 56 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cheney for a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane contest on Tuesday, January 17. Mead will battle a Blackhawks team coming off a 49-35 league loss to Central Valley (Spokane Valley, WA). The Blackhawks record now stands at 5-8.
