The Nodaway Valley Wolverines basketball team scored 77 points and held the host East Union Eagles to 27 in the Wolverines league triumph on Friday.

The Wolverines now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southwest Valley for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 17. Nodaway Valley will battle a team coming off a 47-39 non-league win over Wayne (Corydon, IA). The record now stands at 4-8.
