With the victory, Walker-Hackensack-Akeley improves its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Wolves host Kelliher/Northome (Northome, MN) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 9-1. Kelliher/Northome lost 37-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Nevis (Nevis, MN)
Next up, the Bears confront the Cass Lake-Bena Panthers (Cass Lake, MN) in a A Section 8 challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Lake of the Woods will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record.
