Triton Mustangs (Runnemede, NJ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Overbrook Rams (Pine Hill, NJ), 52-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Triton upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Highland Regional (Blackwood, NJ) to play the Tartans in a Tri-County - Liberty bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Tartans go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Highland Regional won 40-39 in their recent non-league bout against Clearview (Mullica Hill, NJ)

Next up, the Rams play the Woodstown Wolverines (Woodstown, NJ) in a Tri-County - Diamond bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Overbrook will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 4-5 record after their 62-34 non-league win over Salem (Salem, NJ).
