January 13, 2023: Taos, NM 87571 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the St. Pius X Sartans (Albuquerque, NM) and the host Taos Tigers (Taos, NM), saw St. Pius X's basketball squad wallop Taos by a count of 51-29.
With the victory, St. Pius X upgrades its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Sartans travel to West Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NM) to play the Dons in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 14. The Dons come into the challenge with a record of 9-7. West Las Vegas won 52-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM)
Next up, the Tigers play the Hot Springs Tigers (Truth or Consequences, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 14. Taos will attempt to upgrade on its 4-11 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 3-10 record after their 52-33 non-league loss to West Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NM).
