The Douglas County Huskies basketball team scored 32 points and held the host Ponderosa Mustangs to 30 in the Huskies league triumph on Friday.

The Huskies now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rock Canyon for a contest on Wednesday, January 18. Douglas County will meet a Jaguars team coming off a 39-25 non-league win over Fort Collins (Fort Collins, CO). The Jaguars record now stands at 10-0.

The Mustangs (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Castle View (Castle Rock, CO). The Sabercats enter the contest with a 1-2 record.
