January 13, 2023: Goshen, NY 10924 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Chester Hambletonians (Chester, NY) and the host Goshen Central Gladiators (Goshen, NY), saw Chester's basketball squad overcome Goshen Central by a tally of 64-55.
With the victory, Chester improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Hambletonians host Haldane (Cold Spring, NY) to confront the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 16. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
Next up, the Gladiators confront the Minisink Valley Warriors (Slate Hill, NY) in a challenge, on Wednesday, January 18. Goshen Central will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 7-3 record after their 37-19 non-league win over Valley Central (Montgomery, NY).
