January 13, 2023: Missouri City, TX 77459 The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Marcus Marauders (Flower Mound, TX) and the host Ridge Point Panthers (Missouri City, TX), saw Marcus's soccer squad get by Ridge Point by a margin of 1-0.
The Marauders now sport a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Clemens for a non-league test on Saturday, January 14. Marcus will meet a Buffaloes squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Southlake Carroll (Southlake, TX). The Buffaloes record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Ridge Point drops to 2-3 on the season. The Panthers host Fort Bend Hightower (Missouri City, TX) to meet the Hurricanes in a 6A Region 3 District 20 test on Tuesday, January 17. The Hurricanes come into the test with a record of 3-2. Fort Bend Hightower lost 4-1 in their recent league test against Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX)
