January 13, 2024: Virginia Beach, VA 23453 The Green Run Stallions (Virginia Beach, VA) basketball knocked off the visiting Cape Henry Collegiate Dolphins (Virginia Beach, VA), 70-62 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Stallions (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Kempsville (Virginia Beach, VA). The Chiefs go into the Beach test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Kempsville notched a victory over First Colonial (Virginia Beach, VA), 77-39, in a league test.
The Dolphins now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Walsingham Academy for a Tidewater Independent test on Tuesday, January 16. Cape Henry Collegiate will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 49-46 league loss to Hampton Roads Academy (Newport News, VA). The Trojans record now stands at 2-11.
