January 13, 2024: Edmond, OK 73003 The McEachern Indians (Powder Springs, GA) basketball nipped the host Edmond North Huskies (Edmond, OK), 61-59 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Indians (13-4) will now prepare for their test against Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA). The Wolverines go into the non-league test with a 19-1 record. In their last test, Harvard-Westlake got by Loyola (Los Angeles, CA), 71-34, in a league test.
The Huskies now own a 10-2 record. They play next when they host Putnam City North for a 6A District 1 test on Tuesday, January 16. Edmond North will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 51-49 league loss to Moore (Moore, OK). The Panthers record now stands at 9-9.
