January 13, 2024: Elverson, PA 19520 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Ephrata Mountaineers (Ephrata, PA) and the host Twin Valley Raiders (Elverson, PA), saw Ephrata's basketball squad overcome Twin Valley by a tally of 55-44.
With the victory, Ephrata improves its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Mountaineers host Elizabethtown (Elizabethtown, PA) to confront the Bears in a Lancaster-Lebanon 2 challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 1-10. Elizabethtown lost 54-37 in their recent league challenge against Conestoga Valley (Lancaster, PA)
Next up, the Raiders confront the Muhlenberg Muhls (Laureldale, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 18. Twin Valley will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record. The Muhls come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 59-54 non-league win over Exeter Township (Reading, PA).
