January 13, 2024: Cartersville, GA 30137 The Excel Christian Academy Eagles basketball team (Cartersville, GA), was overwhelmed 76-51 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Whitefield Academy WolfPack (Mableton, GA)
The WolfPack now possess a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host King's Ridge Christian for a A D1 Region 6 battle on Tuesday, January 16. Whitefield Academy will battle a Tigers team coming off a 82-41 league win over Atlanta International (Atlanta, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 12-4.
The Eagles (3-13) will now prepare for their battle against Cherokee Christian (Woodstock, GA). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 8-5 record. In their last battle, Cherokee Christian trounced Cornerstone Prep Academy (Acworth, GA), 88-47, in a league battle.
