The Lexington School for the Deaf Blue Jays basketball team scored 45 points and held the host Florida School for the Deaf & Blind Dragons to 42 in the Blue Jays non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Blue Jays now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lowell for a contest on Friday, January 19.

The Dragons (0-12) will now prepare for their contest against Parsons Christian Academy (Jacksonville, FL). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Parsons Christian Academy was nudged by Harvest Community (Jacksonville, FL), 77-45, in a league contest.
