Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Holy Ghost Prep nips Pennsbury
January 13, 2024: Fairless Hills, PA 19030 Holy Ghost Prep Firebirds (Bensalem, PA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Pennsbury Falcons (Fairless Hills, PA), 47-44 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Holy Ghost Prep upgrades its record to 4-8 on the campaign. The Firebirds host Radnor (Radnor, PA) to play the Raptors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Raptors come into the bout with a record of 9-2. Radnor won 52-39 in their recent league bout against Upper Darby (Drexel Hill, PA)
Next up, the Falcons play the Central Bucks West Bucks (Doylestown, PA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Pennsbury will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Bucks come into the bout with a 10-3 record after their 62-29 non-league win over Harry S. Truman (Levittown, PA).
