Missouri High School Basketball - Lutheran North nips Lutheran South
January 13, 2024: St. Louis, MO 63121 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Lutheran North Crusaders (St. Louis, MO) and the visiting Lutheran South Lancers (St. Louis, MO), saw Lutheran North's basketball squad hold off Lutheran South by a count of 59-53.
With the victory, Lutheran North upgrades its record to 7-8 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Lutheran (St. Peters, MO) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 15. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 5-10. Lutheran won 55-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Duchesne (St. Charles, MO)
Next up, the Lancers play the Parkway South Patriots (Manchester, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 17. Lutheran South will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 61-47 non-league loss to Mehlville (St. Louis, MO).
