Ohio High School Basketball - Urbana can't hold off Oakwood
January 13, 2024: Dayton, OH 45419 The Oakwood Lumberjacks basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Urbana Hillclimbers to 64 in the Lumberjacks non-league victory on Saturday.
The Lumberjacks now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carlisle for a Southwestern Buckeye - Buckeye contest on Friday, January 19. Oakwood will battle a Indians team coming off a 54-48 non-league loss to Franklin (Franklin, OH). The Indians record now stands at 8-5.
The Hillclimbers (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Bellefontaine (Bellefontaine, OH). The Chieftains come into the Central Buckeye Conference - Kenton Trail contest with a 2-9 record.
