New Jersey High School Basketball - Princeton knocked off by The Pingry School
January 13, 2024: Martinsville, NJ 07920 The The Pingry School Big Blue basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Princeton Tigers to 49 in the Big Blue non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Big Blue now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Voorhees for a Skyland - Valley contest on Tuesday, January 16. The Pingry School will meet a Vikings team coming off a 61-50 non-league win over Warren Hills Regional (Washington, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 4-6.
The Tigers (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Princeton Day (Princeton, NJ). The Panthers enter the Colonial Valley contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Princeton Day ran past Steinert (Hamilton, NJ), 53-45, in a league contest.
