Ohio High School Basketball - Lutheran West crushes Andrews Osborne Academy
January 13, 2024: Willoughby, OH 44094 Lutheran West Longhorns (Rocky River, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Andrews Osborne Academy Phoenix (Willoughby, OH), 54-20 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Lutheran West upgrades its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Longhorns travel to Buckeye (Medina, OH) to play the Bucks in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Bucks come into the bout with a record of 1-13. Buckeye lost 36-30 in their recent non-league bout against Garfield Community Learning Center (Akron, OH)
Next up, the Phoenix play the Hawken Hawks (Gates Mills, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 20. Andrews Osborne Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Hawks come into the bout with a 1-10 record after their 55-25 non-league loss to Berea-Midpark (Berea, OH).
