New Jersey High School Basketball - Haddon Heights can't hold off Egg Harbor Township
January 13, 2024: Haddon Heights, NJ 08035 The Egg Harbor Township Eagles basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Haddon Heights Garnets to 57 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now sport a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bridgeton for a Cape/Atlantic - West contest on Tuesday, January 16. Egg Harbor Township will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 47-36 non-league loss to Delsea (Franklinville, NJ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-11.
The Garnets (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Audubon (Audubon, NJ). The Green Wave enter the Colonial contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Audubon was nudged by Woodbury (Woodbury, NJ), 73-44, in a league contest.
