The Serra Cavaliers (Gardena, CA) basketball felled the visiting Hoover Cardinals (San Diego, CA), 52-43 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Cavaliers (10-9) will now prepare for their test against Brentwood School (Los Angeles, CA). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 13-6 record. In their last test, Brentwood School thwarted Rolling Hills Prep (San Pedro, CA), 63-42, in a non-league test.
