Ohio High School Basketball - Jackson fells Norton
January 13, 2024: Massillon, OH 44646 Jackson Polar Bears (Massillon, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Norton Panthers (Norton, OH), 58-39 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Jackson upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Polar Bears host Green (Uniontown, OH) to play the Bulldogs in a Federal bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 9-5. Green won 52-49 in their recent non-league bout against Strongsville (Strongsville, OH)
Next up, the Panthers play the Streetsboro Rockets (Streetsboro, OH) in a Metro bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Norton will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Rockets go into the bout with a 10-1 record after their 45-13 non-league win over North (Eastlake, OH).
