New Jersey High School Basketball - Montclair trounces Orange
January 13, 2024: Montclair, NJ 07042 The Montclair Mounties (Montclair, NJ) basketball crushed the visiting Orange Tornadoes (Orange, NJ), 53-25 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Mounties (6-4) will now prepare for their test against East Side (Newark, NJ). The Red Raiders go into the non-league test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, East Side walloped Irvington (Irvington, NJ), 50-16, in a non-league test.
The Tornadoes now own a 0-7 record. They play next when they host East Orange Campus for a non-league test on Monday, January 15. Orange will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 84-13 non-league loss to University (Newark, NJ). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-7.
