New Jersey High School Basketball - Wood-Ridge overwhelmed by Ridgefield Park
January 13, 2024: Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660 The Ridgefield Park Scarlets basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Wood-Ridge Blue Devils to 25 in the Scarlets non-league victory on Saturday.
The Scarlets now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dumont for a Big North - American contest on Monday, January 15. Ridgefield Park will battle a Huskies team coming off a 51-43 non-league loss to Northern Highlands (Allendale, NJ). The Huskies record now stands at 5-7.
The Blue Devils (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Saddle Brook (Saddle Brook, NJ). The Falcons come into the North Jersey - Meadowlands B contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Saddle Brook was routed by Becton (East Rutherford, NJ), 54-17, in a league contest.
