January 13, 2024: Danville, CA 94526 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA) and the host San Ramon Valley Wolves (Danville, CA), saw Archbishop Mitty's basketball squad wallop San Ramon Valley by a tally of 84-36.
With the victory, Archbishop Mitty improves its record to 10-0 on the campaign. The Monarchs travel to Oakland Tech (Oakland, CA) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, January 15. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 0-3. Oakland Tech lost 59-14 in their recent non-league test against Archbishop Riordan (San Francisco, CA)
The Wolves now own a 14-1 record. They play next when they host Livermore for a test on Tuesday, January 16. San Ramon Valley will encounter a Cowboys squad coming off a 36-31 non-league loss to Newark Memorial (Newark, CA). The Cowboys record now stands at 4-13.
