Washington High School Basketball - Mabton holds off Highland
January 13, 2024: Mabton, WA 98935 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Mabton Vikings (Mabton, WA) and the visiting Highland Scots (Cowiche, WA), saw Mabton's basketball squad hold off Highland by a tally of 21-17.
With the victory, Mabton improves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Cle Elum-Roslyn (Cle Elum, WA) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 19. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 4-0.
Next up, the Scots confront the White Swan Cougars (White Swan, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Highland will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 50-6 non-league loss to Cle Elum-Roslyn (Cle Elum, WA).
