Texas High School Soccer - Jersey Village held off by Waller
January 13, 2024: Houston, TX 77040 In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Waller Bulldogs soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Jersey Village Falcons.
The Bulldogs now sport a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Klein Cain for a 6A Region 2 District 15 test on Wednesday, January 17. Waller will encounter a Hurricanes squad coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Taft (San Antonio, TX). The Hurricanes record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Jersey Village drops to 1-6 on the season. The Falcons travel to Cypress Falls (Houston, TX) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league test on Wednesday, January 17. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 0-3. Cypress Falls lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Fort Bend Kempner (Sugar Land, TX)
