January 13, 2024: Providence, RI 02906 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Woodstock Academy Centaurs (Woodstock, CT) ice hockey team bounced the host Moses Brown Quakers (Providence, RI), by a margin of 7-2.
The Centaurs now possess a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pilgrim for a non-league challenge on Monday, January 15. Woodstock Academy will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Burrillville (Harrisville, RI). The Patriots record now stands at 1-5.
The Quakers (2-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Barrington (Barrington, RI). The Eagles enter the State Championship Division challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Barrington Smithfield (Esmond, RI), 1-1, in a league challenge.
