January 13, 2024: Santa Fe, NM 87505 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Goddard Rockets (Roswell, NM) and the host Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM), saw Goddard's basketball squad hold off Capital by a count of 43-39.
With the victory, Goddard upgrades its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Roswell (Roswell, NM) to play the Coyotes in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Coyotes go into the test with a record of 7-2. Roswell won 64-54 in their recent non-league test against Centennial (Las Cruces, NM)
The Jaguars now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Valencia for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 16.
