January 13, 2024: Lockhart, TX 78644 Lockhart Lions (Lockhart, TX) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Rudder Rangers (Bryan, TX), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions face the Gonzales Apaches (Gonzales, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 18. Lockhart will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Apaches enter the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Wimberley (Wimberley, TX).
The Rangers now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host LBJ Austin for a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 13. Rudder will face a Jaguars team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Temple (Temple, TX). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-5.
