January 13, 2025: Worcester, MA 01604 Worcester Tech Eagles (Worcester, MA) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting St. Bernard's Central Catholic Bernardians (Fitchburg, MA), 57-29 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Worcester Tech upgrades its record to 4-3 on the year. The Eagles travel to Bay Path RVT (Charlton, MA) to face the Minutemen in a Colonial match on Wednesday, January 15. The Minutemen enter the match with a record of 5-2. Bay Path RVT won 54-32 in their recent league match against Blackstone Valley RVT (Upton, MA)
The Bernardians now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Montachusett RVT for a non-league match on Wednesday, January 15. St. Bernard's Central Catholic will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 61-58 non-league loss to Hudson (Hudson, MA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-6.
