Illinois High School Basketball - Paris holds off Charleston
January 13, 2025: Charleston, IL 61920 In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Paris Tigers basketball team scored a close 47-42 triumph over the Charleston Trojans.
The Tigers (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Tuscola (Tuscola, IL). The Warriors go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Tuscola nipped Paris (Paris, IL), 34-28, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Trojans confront the Centennial Chargers (Champaign, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 18. Charleston will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
