With the victory, Pope John Paul II advances its record to 7-2 on the year. The Knights host Battle Ground Academy (Franklin, TN) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league match on Thursday, January 16. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 2-2.
The Tigers now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Montgomery Bell Academy for a non-league test on Friday, January 17. Ensworth will encounter a Big Red squad coming off a 62-39 non-league win over Father Ryan (Nashville, TN). The Big Red record now stands at 6-1.
