January 13, 2025: Lincolnshire, IL 60069 Stevenson Patriots (Lincolnshire, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Vernon Hills Cougars (Vernon Hills, IL), 53-45 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Stevenson upgrades its record to 1-3 on the year. The Patriots host Zion-Benton (Zion, IL) to face the Zee-Bees in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 15. The Zee-Bees enter the match with a record of 6-1. Zion-Benton won 42-35 in their recent non-league match against Libertyville (Libertyville, IL)
The Cougars now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maine West for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 14.
