January 13, 2025: Osseo, WI 54758 Black River Falls Tigers (Black River Falls, WI) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Osseo-Fairchild Thunder (Osseo, WI), 65-60 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Black River Falls advances its record to 5-7 on the year. The Tigers host Arcadia (Arcadia, WI) to face the Raiders in a Coulee match on Thursday, January 16. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 7-6. Arcadia lost 58-34 in their recent non-league match against Eleva-Strum (Strum, WI)
The Thunder now own a 1-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Blair-Taylor for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 14. Osseo-Fairchild will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 51-44 non-league win over De Soto (De Soto, WI). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-4.
