January 13, 2025: Hallandale, FL 33009 Hallandale Chargers (Hallandale, FL) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Everglades Gators (Miramar, FL), 47-32 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Hallandale upgrades its record to 1-10 on the year. The Chargers host Pompano Beach (Pompano Beach, FL) to face the Golden Tornadoes in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 14. The Golden Tornadoes enter the match with a record of 0-9. Pompano Beach lost 42-38 in their recent non-league match against Monarch (Coconut Creek, FL)
The Gators now sport a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Lauderdale for a non-league match on Thursday, January 16. Everglades will face a Flying L's squad coming off a 39-31 non-league loss to Deerfield Beach (Deerfield Beach, FL). The Flying L's record now stands at 5-3.
