Kennedy Commanders (Denver, CO) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their basketball team tip the visiting Robert F. Smith STEAM Academy Lions (Denver, CO), 63-61 in a league game.

The Commanders now have a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Rocky Mountain Prep SMART for a 4A/3A City game on Friday, January 16. Kennedy will confront a Ocelotls team coming off a 94-15 league loss to DSST: Montview (Denver, CO). The Ocelotls record now stands at 1-8.
