Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Archbishop Wood crushes Math Civics & Sciences
January 14, 2023: Warminster, PA 18974 Archbishop Wood Vikings (Warminster, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Math Civics & Sciences Mighty Elephants (Philadelphia, PA), 81-59 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Archbishop Wood upgrades its record to 6-5 on the season. The Vikings travel to Neumann-Goretti (Philadelphia, PA) to play the Saints in a Philadelphia Catholic bout on Wednesday, January 18. The Saints go into the bout with a record of 11-1. Neumann-Goretti won 55-45 in their recent non-league bout against Vashon (St. Louis, MO)
Next up, the Mighty Elephants play the Hodgson Vo-Tech Eagles (Newark, DE) in a non-league bout, on Sunday, January 15. Math Civics & Sciences will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 49-42 league loss to Delcastle Technical (Wilmington, DE).
