January 14, 2023: Greenville, PA 16125 The Conneaut Area Eagles basketball team (Linesville, PA), dropped 58-42 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Greenville Trojans (Greenville, PA)
The Trojans now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilmington for a District 10 Region 4 battle on Tuesday, January 17. Greenville will battle a Greyhounds team coming off a 44-22 non-league loss to Sharpsville (Sharpsville, PA). The Greyhounds record now stands at 2-8.
The Eagles (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Warren (Warren, PA). The Dragons come into the District 10 Region 5 battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, Warren dropped by Franklin (Franklin, PA), 68-62, in a league battle.
