Illinois High School Basketball - Rolling Meadows overwhelms Evanston

January 14, 2023: Rolling Meadows, IL 60008

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Rolling Meadows Mustangs (Rolling Meadows, IL) and the visiting Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL), saw Rolling Meadows's basketball squad wallop Evanston by a tally of 82-46.

With the victory, Rolling Meadows improves its record to 19-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL) to confront the Knights in a Mid-Suburban - East challenge on Thursday, January 19. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 11-8. Prospect won 64-29 in their recent non-league challenge against York (Elmhurst, IL)

Next up, the Wildkits confront the Niles West Wolves (Skokie, IL) in a Central Suburban - South challenge, on Friday, January 20. Evanston will attempt to improve on its 14-6 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 13-8 record after their 66-50 non-league win over Latin (Chicago, IL).
