Michigan High School Basketball - Grand Blanc thwarts St. Mary's Prep
January 14, 2023: Orchard Lake, MI 48324 The Grand Blanc Bobcats (Grand Blanc, MI) basketball knocked off the host St. Mary's Prep Eaglets (Orchard Lake, MI), 60-49 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bobcats (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Heritage (Saginaw, MI). The Hawks go into the Saginaw Valley test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Heritage notched a victory over Holt (Holt, MI), 62-42, in a non-league test.
The Eaglets now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Brother Rice for a Catholic Central test on Tuesday, January 17. St. Mary's Prep will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 67-52 league win over Catholic Central (Novi, MI). The Warriors record now stands at 9-1.
