Virginia High School Basketball - Spotsylvania ripped by James Wood
January 14, 2023: Spotsylvania, VA 22553 The James Wood Colonels basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Spotsylvania Knights to 35 in the Colonels non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Colonels now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Liberty for a Northwestern contest on Tuesday, January 17. James Wood will meet a Eagles team coming off a 52-49 non-league win over Warren County (Front Royal, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-11.
The Knights (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Caroline (Milford, VA). The Cavaliers enter the Battlefield contest with a 6-5 record.
