The Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Kirtland Hornets to 43 in the Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Lions now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Padua Franciscan for a Crown contest on Monday, January 16. Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin will meet a Bruins team coming off a 59-52 non-league loss to Lane Tech (Chicago, IL). The Bruins record now stands at 3-9.
