New Jersey High School Basketball - Middlesex tops Roselle Park
January 14, 2023: Middlesex, NJ 08846 Middlesex Bluejays (Middlesex, NJ) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Roselle Park Panthers (Roselle Park, NJ), 55-40 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Middlesex upgrades its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Bluejays host South River (South River, NJ) to play the Rams in a Greater Middlesex - Blue bout on Friday, January 27. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 11-1.
Next up, the Panthers play the Johnson Crusaders (Clark, NJ) in a Mountain Valley - Valley bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Roselle Park will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Crusaders come into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 52-42 non-league loss to McNair Academic (Jersey City, NJ).
