In Saturday's non-league match, the host Rush-Henrietta Royal Comets basketball team scored a decisive 84-37 triumph over the School of the Arts Silverhawks.

In their next game, the Royal Comets meet the Bishop Kearney Kings (Rochester, NY) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, January 18. Rush-Henrietta will attempt to move on its 3-9 season record.

With the defeat, School of the Arts moves to 3-3 on the year. The Silverhawks travel to World of Inquiry (Rochester, NY) to meet the Griffins in a Section 5 Rochester City Catholic - Lower match on Tuesday, January 17.
