January 14, 2023: Spotswood, NJ 08884 The Spotswood Chargers (Spotswood, NJ) basketball felled the visiting Somerville Pioneers (Somerville, NJ), 64-47 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Chargers (9-4) will now prepare for their test against South River (South River, NJ). The Rams go into the Greater Middlesex - Blue test with a 11-1 record.
The Pioneers now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to North Hunterdon for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 17. Somerville will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 65-36 non-league win over Newton (Newton, NJ). The Lions record now stands at 4-7.
