Wisconsin High School Basketball - Waunakee fells St. Cloud Tech
January 14, 2023: Waunakee, WI 53597 Waunakee Warriors (Waunakee, WI) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting St. Cloud Tech Tigers (St. Cloud, MN), 68-59 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Waunakee upgrades its record to 9-3 on the season. The Warriors host Monona Grove (Monona, WI) to play the Silver Eagles in a Badger - East bout on Friday, January 27. The Silver Eagles go into the bout with a record of 8-3.
Next up, the Tigers play the Fergus Falls Otters (Fergus Falls, MN) in a AA Section 8 bout, on Tuesday, January 17. St. Cloud Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Otters go into the bout with a 4-7 record after their 63-59 league loss to Perham (Perham, MN).
