Vermont High School Basketball - U-32 nips Woodstock
January 14, 2023: Montpelier, VT 05602 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the U-32 Raiders (Montpelier, VT) and the visiting Woodstock Wasps (Woodstock, VT), saw U-32's basketball squad hold off Woodstock by a count of 63-56.
With the victory, U-32 upgrades its record to 1-8 on the campaign. The Raiders host Harwood (Moretown, VT) to play the Highlanders in a Capital challenge on Thursday, January 19. The Highlanders come into the challenge with a record of 3-3.
Next up, the Wasps play the Fair Haven Slaters (Fair Haven, VT) in a Southern Vermont - B challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Woodstock will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record.
