January 14, 2023: West Hartford, CT 06117

Northwest Catholic Lions (West Hartford, CT) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Canton Warriors (Canton, CT), 55-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Northwest Catholic upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Lions host Windsor (Windsor, CT) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, January 20. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 8-3.

Next up, the Warriors clash with the East Windsor Panthers (East Windsor, CT) in a North Central Connecticut bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Canton will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 43-41 league loss to East Granby (East Granby, CT).
